These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Leader AI Labs, LLC, doing business as AutonomySEO. They govern your access to and use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Leader AI Labs, LLC, doing business as AutonomySEO ("AutonomySEO," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of autonomyseo.com, the AutonomySEO application, APIs, dashboards, reports, integrations, AI features, autonomous features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, clicking to accept, purchasing a plan, connecting a website or third-party account, enabling an autonomous feature, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, Legal Disclaimer, and any plan-specific or feature-specific terms presented to you. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, "you" includes the organization. If you lack authority, do not connect its websites, accounts, data, or systems.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering a contract. The Service is primarily intended for business and professional use. You may not use the Service if you are barred under applicable law, sanctions, export controls, platform rules, or a prior suspension. You are responsible for determining whether the Service is suitable and lawful for your intended use and jurisdiction.
AutonomySEO provides tools for SEO, GEO, AI visibility, content generation and optimization, technical analysis, site health, reporting, keyword and trend analysis, structured data, sitemaps, URL indexing, analytics, backups, scheduling, social publishing, automated fixes, and autonomous workflows. Features vary by plan, project, integration, availability, and configuration. The Service may use third-party data, APIs, and AI models, including models provided by Anthropic. We may add, remove, modify, limit, or replace features, models, data sources, interfaces, or providers. We do not guarantee that any feature, integration, provider, model, or data source will remain available.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated - Protect passwords, OAuth connections, API credentials, recovery methods, and devices - Use appropriate workspace roles and least-privilege access - Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access, credential compromise, or misuse - Accept responsibility for all activity under your account, including activity by team members, contractors, integrations, automations, and anyone using your credentials - Do not share credentials or circumvent account, plan, usage, security, or rate limits
You may connect only websites, domains, analytics properties, search properties, social accounts, repositories, content-management systems, and other resources that you own or are authorized to manage. By connecting a resource, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and lawful bases necessary to give AutonomySEO access and to instruct AutonomySEO to read data and perform enabled actions. You authorize us and our service providers to use credentials, tokens, APIs, webhooks, and other technical means to provide the connected features. You are responsible for reviewing requested scopes and maintaining only the permissions necessary for your use. You may disconnect a service, but disconnection may interrupt features, leave scheduled actions incomplete, or prevent rollback or restoration.
You authorize AutonomySEO to perform actions that you initiate, approve, schedule, configure, or enable. Depending on the feature and granted permissions, actions may include crawling, analyzing, generating, editing, publishing, unpublishing, deleting, restoring, scheduling, submitting, or otherwise modifying website content, metadata, structured data, internal links, sitemaps, robots directives, URLs, social content, settings, files, and connected-service data. An instruction may be expressed through a button, approval, configuration, workflow, campaign, schedule, API call, automation rule, account permission, or activation of Infinity Autonomous Mode. You acknowledge that an authorized action may affect live production systems and may be difficult or impossible to reverse.
Some features generate recommendations, drafts, or proposed fixes for your review. You are responsible for examining the proposed action, testing it where appropriate, and deciding whether to apply it. A label such as "recommended," "safe," "optimized," "high impact," or similar does not guarantee correctness, compatibility, compliance, or results. Approving an action authorizes AutonomySEO to attempt the action. Success messages may reflect an API response or workflow completion but do not guarantee that every downstream system, cache, search engine, social platform, browser, or user will display the intended result.
Infinity Autonomous Mode, autopilot publishing, autonomous fixes, and similar features are optional high-automation features. By enabling one of these features, you expressly authorize AutonomySEO to independently select and perform eligible actions within the permissions, projects, schedules, categories, and boundaries you configure, without requiring separate approval for every action. This authorization may include creating, rewriting, updating, publishing, scheduling, replacing, unpublishing, or deleting content; changing titles, descriptions, headings, links, schema, sitemaps, indexing submissions, and other SEO elements; publishing to connected social accounts; and taking other actions described in the product interface. You remain fully responsible for enabling the feature, selecting connected resources, granting permissions, defining objectives and limits, monitoring activity, reviewing action logs, testing results, maintaining backups, and disabling the feature when appropriate. You may pause or disable autonomous features through available controls. A pause or disable request may not cancel actions already transmitted, queued, processing, cached, or completed by a third party.
Protected Zones and similar controls are designed to reduce changes to selected pages, paths, content types, components, terms, files, or areas. They are configuration aids, not absolute technical or legal guarantees. Protected Zones may not detect indirect dependencies, inherited templates, shared components, redirects, caching, third-party behavior, malformed configuration, newly created resources, platform changes, or effects outside the protected item. You are responsible for defining, testing, and maintaining Protected Zones and for verifying the result after actions occur.
The Service uses probabilistic AI systems. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, biased, misleading, technically invalid, insecure, defamatory, infringing, noncompliant, or unsuitable for your audience or purpose. Similar inputs may produce different outputs. You must use qualified human review appropriate to the risk before relying on or publishing output, especially for legal, medical, health, financial, tax, employment, safety, accessibility, privacy, regulated-industry, factual, reputational, or high-impact content. AutonomySEO does not warrant that output is original or non-infringing. Other users may receive similar output. You are responsible for fact-checking, plagiarism and trademark review, rights clearance, disclosures, citations, accessibility, and compliance with advertising, consumer-protection, platform, and industry rules. You must not represent AI-generated content as independently verified by AutonomySEO or Leader AI Labs.
The Service may offer backups, snapshots, action logs, version history, rollback, restore, or recovery features. These are convenience features and are not a substitute for your own independent, tested backups and change-management procedures. We do not guarantee that a backup, snapshot, log, rollback, or restore will be available, complete, current, compatible, or successful. Some actions by third parties, search engines, social networks, content-management systems, caches, or external users may not be reversible. Before connecting a production system or enabling changes, you must maintain an independent backup and a recovery plan. You accept the risk of data loss, content loss, downtime, broken pages, visual changes, lost rankings, lost traffic, lost revenue, and other unintended effects.
As between you and AutonomySEO, you retain ownership of content and data you submit, connect, or create, subject to third-party rights. You grant AutonomySEO and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, copy, transmit, process, modify, display, and otherwise use Customer Content as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service and carry out your instructions. You represent and warrant that you have all rights and lawful bases needed for Customer Content and that our processing, generation, modification, and publication of it as instructed will not violate law, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, contractual, platform, or other rights. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data, passwords, private keys, payment-card data, protected health information, or confidential third-party information unless the relevant feature expressly supports it, you have authorization, and appropriate agreements and safeguards are in place.
AutonomySEO, its software, workflows, interfaces, designs, databases, documentation, prompts, methodologies, models, reports, trademarks, and related intellectual property are owned by Leader AI Labs or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, extract, benchmark for competitive publication, bypass protections, build a competing service from non-public elements, or use the Service or outputs to train a competing generalized AI or SEO model, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
If you provide ideas, suggestions, ratings, feedback, or improvement requests, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and incorporate them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
You agree not to: - Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, or to violate third-party rights or platform rules - Publish spam, malware, phishing, scams, impersonation, deceptive reviews, fake endorsements, manipulated evidence, or materially false claims - Generate or publish defamatory, infringing, discriminatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise unlawful content - Circumvent search-engine, social-platform, advertising, security, access-control, rate-limit, review, or anti-abuse systems - Access resources without authorization or test, scan, or exploit systems without permission - Use the Service for high-impact decisions about individuals, unlawful surveillance, sensitive profiling, or regulated advice without lawful controls and qualified review - Upload personal data that you are not legally permitted to process - Misrepresent performance, rankings, revenue, endorsements, certifications, or the source and verification of AI content - Interfere with the Service, introduce malicious code, overload infrastructure, or misuse APIs - Use the Service in a way that creates material security, legal, reputational, operational, or platform risk for AutonomySEO or others
The Service depends on third-party providers, including AI providers, search engines, analytics services, social networks, content-management systems, hosting providers, data providers, payment processors, and APIs. Your use of each connected service remains subject to that provider's terms, policies, permissions, quotas, and decisions. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, suspension, revocation, data accuracy, content moderation, indexing decisions, ranking algorithms, account restrictions, API limits, security, or retention. A third party may reject, delay, alter, remove, or limit an action or content at any time. You authorize us to transmit information to connected services as needed to provide the requested feature. You are responsible for maintaining valid accounts, permissions, and compliance with third-party terms.
Paid features require a valid subscription, credits, usage allowance, or other payment arrangement. Prices, included usage, credit costs, overages, limits, and feature availability are shown at checkout, on the pricing page, in the account, or in an order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged in advance and are exclusive of taxes. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method on file for fees, renewals, taxes, and authorized usage. You are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on our net income. Credits and usage units have no cash value, are non-transferable, may be subject to plan limits or expiration disclosed at purchase, and are consumed when the relevant request or action is processed. Results, errors, rejections, or third-party outcomes do not necessarily restore consumed credits. We may change pricing or plan features prospectively with notice required by law. Changes take effect no earlier than the next renewal unless you affirmatively agree otherwise.
Subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods at the then-current price unless canceled before the renewal date. Before purchase, we will disclose the billing frequency, price, trial or promotional terms if any, renewal, and cancellation method. You may cancel through the account or billing settings where available. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily provide a refund for the current period. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated. You must disable autonomous features and scheduled actions separately if cancellation does not do so automatically. You are responsible for confirming that schedules and connected actions have stopped. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory law.
Free scans, trials, promotional credits, beta features, previews, and experimental features may be limited, modified, or discontinued at any time. Unless required by law, they are provided without service commitments, warranties, support obligations, or compensation. A trial may convert to a paid subscription only if the conversion, price, timing, and cancellation terms were clearly disclosed and you provided required consent.
You may stop using the Service and cancel as described above. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, create risk, misuse integrations, cause harm, trigger platform restrictions, exceed limits, or if required by law or a provider. Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice and an opportunity to cure, but immediate action may be taken for security, fraud, legal, platform, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete account data after any legally required period. Export data you need before termination. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, dispute resolution, and enforcement rights.
AutonomySEO is designed to improve efficiency and support SEO, GEO, AI visibility, content, and related workflows, but results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, leads, AI citations, visibility, platform approval, content acceptance, or any specific business outcome. Search engines, AI assistants, social platforms, browsers, users, competitors, markets, and algorithms may change without notice. Historical results, scores, forecasts, opportunity values, estimated site values, and projections are informational estimates, not promises.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE, OUTPUTS, DATA, RECOMMENDATIONS, AUTOMATIONS, CONNECTORS, BACKUPS, AND ALL RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." AUTONOMYSEO DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, AND OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, COMPATIBILITY, AND RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR WEBSITE OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES; THAT OUTPUTS OR ACTIONS WILL BE CORRECT OR REVERSIBLE; OR THAT DEFECTS OR DATA LOSS WILL BE PREVENTED OR CORRECTED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTONOMYSEO, LEADER AI LABS, THEIR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, CONTENT, RANKINGS, TRAFFIC, CUSTOMERS, OR OPPORTUNITIES; WEBSITE OR ACCOUNT DAMAGE; DOWNTIME; SECURITY INCIDENTS; THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS; OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO AUTONOMYSEO FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY; OR (B) USD 100. THE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. THEY DO NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, INCLUDING RIGHTS THAT APPLY TO CONSUMERS UNDER MANDATORY LAW.
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AutonomySEO, Leader AI Labs, their affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from or related to: your use of the Service; Customer Content; websites or accounts you connect; instructions or autonomous actions under your account; your violation of these Terms, law, platform rules, or third-party rights; or your failure to obtain required authorization, consent, review, backup, or disclosure. We may control the defense and settlement of an indemnified claim. You may not settle a claim that admits our fault, imposes obligations on us, or fails to provide a full release without our written consent.
Before filing a formal claim, you and AutonomySEO agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Send a written notice describing the dispute, requested relief, and account information to naor@leader.net. We will send notices to the email associated with your account. For users in the United States, except for eligible small-claims matters and requests for temporary or injunctive relief concerning intellectual property, security, unauthorized access, or misuse, disputes will be resolved by individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules for consumers and Commercial Arbitration Rules for businesses. Arbitration may occur by video, telephone, document submission, or in a mutually reasonable location. YOU AND AUTONOMYSEO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR ARBITRATION. THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD RELIEF ONLY TO THE INDIVIDUAL PARTY. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing naor@leader.net within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. The email must identify your account and state that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect other Terms. If the arbitration provisions are found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer-protection law in your country or state remains applicable where it cannot be waived.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, providers, law, risk, or business practices. We will post the updated Terms and revise the Last Updated date. For material changes, we will provide notice or request renewed acceptance where required. We will not retroactively use previously collected information for materially different purposes without the notice or consent required by law. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement regarding the Service unless an executed order form, enterprise agreement, or data-processing agreement states otherwise. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls for the conflicting subject. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience. The word "including" means "including without limitation." Electronic communications and acceptance have the same effect as written signatures where permitted.
