This Legal Disclaimer and Notice sets forth important legal information regarding Leader AI Labs, LLC and AutonomySEO and your use of the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the disclaimers below.
AutonomySEO provides software, automation, analytics, estimates, AI-generated content, and technical tools. Information and outputs are for general informational and operational purposes. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, accessibility, cybersecurity, compliance, investment, employment, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions requiring specialized judgment. Do not rely on AutonomySEO as the sole basis for a regulated, high-impact, safety-critical, or legally significant decision.
AI systems, including third-party models such as Anthropic Claude, are probabilistic and can make mistakes. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, fabricated, biased, duplicated, technically invalid, insecure, defamatory, infringing, or inappropriate. AutonomySEO does not independently verify every statement, recommendation, citation, code fragment, schema item, link, keyword, forecast, or action. User review and testing are required. The presence of a confidence score, health score, recommendation label, success indicator, or automated check does not guarantee correctness.
When authorized, AutonomySEO may make changes to connected websites and accounts. Depending on configuration, those changes may include creating, editing, publishing, unpublishing, scheduling, replacing, or deleting content; changing metadata, structured data, internal links, sitemaps, robots directives, and indexing submissions; and publishing to social networks. Actions can cause unexpected content changes, formatting issues, broken layouts, lost data, duplicate content, indexing changes, platform rejection, downtime, security issues, legal exposure, reputational harm, or loss of rankings, traffic, revenue, leads, or customers. The user is responsible for authorization, configuration, monitoring, testing, backups, review, compliance, and remediation.
Protected Zones are user-configured safeguards intended to reduce changes to selected areas. They may not prevent indirect, inherited, cached, cross-template, third-party, dependency, configuration, or newly created effects. They do not replace backups, staging, testing, monitoring, or human review.
Search rankings, indexing, AI citations, visibility, traffic, conversions, leads, revenue, and other results depend on factors outside AutonomySEO's control. Search engines, AI assistants, social networks, competitors, markets, and user behavior may change at any time. AutonomySEO does not guarantee any ranking, indexing, traffic, citation, conversion, revenue, or other outcome. Scores, forecasts, opportunity values, estimated site values, traffic estimates, difficulty estimates, and performance projections are approximations and may differ from actual results.
Any statement that AutonomySEO is "up to 100x faster" refers to selected workflows under particular conditions when compared with a defined manual process. Actual speed depends on the task, site, plan, configuration, integrations, approvals, data volume, provider availability, and human review. Such statements do not mean that every task is 100 times faster, that AutonomySEO is faster than every competing product, or that faster execution produces better rankings or business results. Comparative claims should be supported by documented testing and qualified wherever displayed.
AI-generated or optimized content may resemble existing material or contain protected names, trademarks, claims, images, facts, or ideas. AutonomySEO does not guarantee originality, ownership, non-infringement, accuracy, licensing, or legal compliance. The user is responsible for rights clearance, fact-checking, citations, disclosures, endorsements, advertising claims, privacy notices, cookie consent, accessibility, industry rules, and platform compliance before publication.
AutonomySEO may rely on third-party APIs, AI models, search data, analytics, social platforms, content-management systems, payment services, and hosting. Third-party information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Third parties may change, limit, reject, suspend, or discontinue access without notice. References to Google, Anthropic, Claude, Meta, Facebook, LinkedIn, or other providers do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or warranty unless expressly stated. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Any backup, snapshot, restore, or rollback feature is provided as a convenience and may not capture every system, action, dependency, or third-party result. Users must maintain independent, tested backups and a recovery plan before enabling live changes. AutonomySEO is not a disaster-recovery, archival, source-control, legal-records, or records-retention service unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
No internet, AI, API, automation, or cloud service is completely secure. The Service may experience vulnerabilities, credential compromise, outages, malicious inputs, prompt injection, third-party incidents, or unauthorized activity. Users must secure connected systems, limit permissions, monitor logs, rotate credentials, and promptly disconnect compromised accounts.
A shared-report link, published page, social post, or other public output may be viewed, copied, indexed, cached, or redistributed by others. Do not publish confidential, personal, proprietary, or regulated information through a public link. Revoking a link may not delete copies already made by recipients, search engines, archives, or third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. The full warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnity obligations, and dispute terms are contained in the Terms of Use and are incorporated into this Disclaimer.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use the Service, connecting only authorized resources, reviewing permissions, configuring Protected Zones, reviewing outputs, maintaining backups, monitoring actions, complying with law and platform rules, and addressing consequences arising from your use. Using autonomous features is a deliberate risk decision. Do not enable them unless you understand the permissions and potential effects and are prepared to monitor and recover from unintended changes.
