Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily refund the current billing period, whether or not you used the Service. You will generally retain access until the end of the paid period, unless access is suspended or terminated for violation, security, fraud, chargeback, platform risk, or another reason permitted by the Terms.
AI credits, content-generation credits, scan credits, action credits, and similar consumable units have no cash value and are non-transferable. Consumed credits are non-refundable, including when an output is unsatisfactory, an action fails downstream, a third-party platform rejects or delays an action, a website configuration prevents completion, or the user changes instructions after processing begins. Unused credits are refundable only if the purchase terms expressly provide a refund or applicable law requires one. Credits may expire or reset as disclosed in the applicable plan, checkout, order form, or account.
Fees and credits are not refundable merely because an AI-generated output contains an error, an autonomous action produces an unintended result, content is changed or deleted, a search engine or social platform does not accept or display content, or expected SEO or business results do not occur. These risks are addressed through user review, monitoring, Protected Zones, backups, and the disclaimers and responsibilities in the Terms of Use. Refund requests do not replace the user's obligation to secure, monitor, and back up connected systems.
Any free trial, promotional period, introductory price, or discount is governed by the terms shown when offered. If a trial converts to paid service, the conversion date, amount, billing frequency, and cancellation method must be disclosed before enrollment. Promotional credits, referral rewards, coupons, and free allocations are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable.
Contact naor@leader.net promptly if you believe a charge was duplicated, incorrect, or unauthorized. Include the account email, charge date, amount, invoice or transaction identifier, and a description. Do not send full payment-card numbers. We will investigate and correct verified billing errors. Unauthorized-use claims may require identity verification, account security steps, and cooperation with the payment processor.
Temporary downtime, maintenance, third-party outages, rate limits, model changes, provider changes, API failures, integration interruptions, or removal of a non-core feature do not automatically create a right to a refund. Where we determine that a material, prolonged failure of the paid Service was directly caused by AutonomySEO, we may, at our discretion, provide a credit, extension, partial refund, or other remedy. This discretionary remedy does not create an ongoing service-level commitment unless a separate written agreement applies.
Submit a refund request to naor@leader.net as soon as possible after the charge. Include the account email, charge date, amount, invoice identifier, reason, and supporting information. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We may deny requests involving consumed credits, failure to cancel before renewal, dissatisfaction with AI output, lack of expected SEO results, misuse, policy violations, third-party platform decisions, or circumstances outside our control. Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment processor and financial institution.
Nothing in this Policy limits refunds, remedies, withdrawal rights, or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Consumers in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions may have a statutory withdrawal period for distance contracts. Where permitted for digital services, you may be asked to request immediate performance and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be reduced or lost once performance begins or digital content is supplied. Any such waiver will apply only if the legally required disclosures and express consent were provided. If mandatory law grants a refund, we will provide it to the extent and within the time required by that law.
Contact us first so we can investigate. Filing an unsupported or abusive chargeback may result in suspension, termination, reversal of credits, recovery of processor fees, and collection of amounts lawfully owed. This does not limit your right to dispute a genuinely unauthorized or incorrect charge.
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may be prorated as disclosed. Downgrades generally take effect at the next billing period. Cancel through available billing settings or the method disclosed at purchase. Save confirmation of cancellation. Cancellation of billing does not necessarily delete your account, disconnect integrations, disable autonomous features, remove published content, or delete data. Complete those actions separately through account controls or by contacting support.
